MLM Recruiting – Why It's Not Working For You
To be successful in network marketing, mlm recruiting is a must. With most mlm companies, selling product alone will not make you rich and certainly won’t produce passive residual income. The beauty of network marketing recruiting is being paid on the efforts of others. There is no other industry where you can leverage the time and efforts of other people to earn ridiculous passive income and lifestyle.
However, other than lead generation, mlm recruiting is something a lot of marketers struggle with. For the purpose of this article I’m assuming that you are generating hot targeted leads everyday, but if you’re not, you need to stop reading and go here now.
Now, for those who have worked hard or not so hard to generate leads and get them to your business presentation, but you’re having no success signing them up. What gives?
4 Must Haves For Easy MLM Recruiting
There is a 4 step process to mlm recruiting: Prospecting, Presentation, Follow Up & Close. Look at the challenges of each:
Prospecting – You have no leads to prospect. Now this presents a big problem. If you don’t have a consistent flow of leads, you don’t have a business. By the way, why are you still here? I told you to stop reading and GO HERE NOW!
Presentation – Either the presentation you use is just plain ole’ bad or it’s too aggressive. You could be sending good prospects to bad presentations. If you’re using your company’s replicated site, there’s your problem. No one cares about your company facts. They want to know how can this help me.
And since they can’t relate to who founded your company and when or the ORAC cumber of your juice, they’re clicking away faster than you can blink.
A presentation must be compelling enough to hold the prospect’s attention from start to finish. It has to hit on all 5 of these points:
- An Attention Grabbing Opening
- Tell A Story that identifies with the prospect’s pain and agitate it.
- A Great Offer
- Unique Selling Point – Why should they work with you and your team?
- A Killer Call To Action – Tell them what to do next, which should be to sign-up or call you.
Take a look at what this looks like in ACTION.
Follow-Up – Another sticky area of mlm recruiting. Some peoples’ follow-up is not follow-up, it’s stalking and it wreaks of desperation. You must be confident that what you have to offer is better than anything the prospects has going for them right now. So don’t drop the ball here by turning into an mlm stalker. Don’t become overly aggressive. It’s a major turn-off
Another issue is that most companies have no system in place for follow-up and it becomes too much. You must have a system that can follow-up with multiple people at once.
The Close – If they get this far, are you asking for the close? DO you know how to do so in a way that ends with them giving you their credit card number without hesitation? Do you have a simple system to immediately plug them into if you close them?
If you yourself are unsure of these things, you will convey this in your energy and self-sabotage.
If you’ve never had success in mlm, don’t sweat it. We’ve got it nailed for you from prospecting to closing.
Watch this now to see how you can crush mlm recruiting sponsoring 2-3 people a week in 90 days or less.
