Since you’re here, you’re either a Zrii distributor or you’re considering the business and want to do your due diligence first. Either way, this post will be a great help to you as we will go over the company, its founders and products, but moreover reveal some things about you most likely don’t know and many people aren’t willing to tell you. Zrii- The Company & Founders

It’s always a great idea to check a company’s history before enrolling, especially how long they’ve been in business. This company was pre-launched in 2007 and officially launched in 2008. Since most mlm companies fail within five years, it looks like they’re on the way to passing that mark which is a good indicator that they’re a legitimate company.

The company’s founder & CEO, William (Bill) Farley, is a very successful and highly regarded business man who has been building billion dollar corporations for over 3 decades. In fact, Farley is the former CEO of well-known Fruit of The Loom and is recognized for turning the company into a global powerhouse before selling it in 1999. So, again it definitely appears to have the leadership for this company to go the distance.

Another factor that may make the company appealing for many is its affiliation with famed spiritual and self development author Deepak Chopra. They’ve been endorsed by the Chopra Center and it is said that Chopra even uses the product in his workshops.

Just What Is The Zrii Product?

Zrii markets nutritional and weight loss products, so they are in a very competitive niche. They claim to use the ancient practices of Ayurveda, which is holistic healing to create the products. The staple ingredient is the Amalaki “superfruit”, which claims to increase energy, vitality and overall health. You should know however, that these are the exact claims of every other nutritional mlm product, so there is nothing truly unique about the product.

So if you want to be successful or create a HUGE income, the first thing you’ll need to grasp is that it will have nothing at all to do with your products or company. This is exactly what people aren’t going to tell you.

The Zrii Compensation Plan

Zrii uses a binary comp plan along with distributor incentives. There are 9 ways to get paid which can be categorized two ways: up-front cash flow made from retail sales and long-term residuals.

A few of the upfront bonuses are Retail Bonus, Enroller Retail Bonus and Rising Star Pool. The long-term residual bonuses and hence, where the REAL money is made is in Team Commissions, Matching Bonus, Leadership Pool, Achievement Bonus and Premium Executive Rewards. Take note that all of these bonuses require sponsoring people which requires having more than enough people to talk to, which requires knowing how to generate your own business opportunity leads.

The Real Key To Success With Zrii

As mentioned before, the MAJOR factor to your success will not be the product. It will be your skill set and ability to market yourself, generate leads and sponsor reps.

Most of the tactics taught by the company are just plain ‘ole outdated and wrong. Although these tactics are wide spread throughout the industry, for decades they have proven to be ineffective. Tactics such as pursuing family & friends, or approaching total strangers quickly label you as an amateur pushy car salesman.

Most network marketers run around with no clue how to market themselves or their companies properly. As a result they struggle and eventually fail.

Although Zrii appears to be a solid company with appealing products, it will not guarantee your success.
The only things that guarantee success in any mlm home based business are learning to brand you, generate steady stream of leads and recruit. In order to do these things require that you have the best network marketing training.

My advice to you is to get a hold of a marketing system that will train you to do these things, all the while creating additional income streams to keep you in the game.
