I have been persuaded to purchase these by well-meaning friends who had a party. I bought the night/light and I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!!!!!!!!! I have tried on several occasions (after putting it in the box to throw away) to try it one more time. I can only recommend that you buy a scent bar that matches your wall color because it will get spilled when you try to replace it. I’ve tried waiting on it to cool only to discover that the top is dry and it sloshes from the bottom. I’ve ruined two locations in my home because the stupid stuff stains the wall and floor. Mine is going in the trash.
Try taking a paper towel and wadding it up. Place it in the top of the plug in and let the paper soak up the wax. Then wipe clean. You never have to take the plug in out of the outlet!
